About me
My mission is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions.
Therapy, to me, is a collaborative journey—one that fosters self-awareness, personal growth, and a deeper connection with yourself. I take an integrated approach, drawing from diverse perspectives to meet you where you are and to tailor our work to your unique needs and experiences.
I understand that starting therapy, especially for the first time, can feel intimidating. But every journey begins with a first step. Whether you’re starting fresh or continuing your path, I hope to offer you a supportive and welcoming place to grow.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in 2022 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
